Juliet Katherine arrived, almost 4 weeks early, on February 16th at 2:08pm. She weighed 6 pounds and 2 ounces and gave her momma an absolutely wonderful and amazing labor experience. Eat Drink Pretty is probably not the best place for a birth story but if enough of you are interested in hearing about it let me know! Juliet is a sweet, tiny, lovely little darling. My husband and I are are so happy. So far she has been an easy baby with lots of sleeping, eating and awesome times of alertness when I get to see her pretty eyes wide open. Our friends and family have been wonderful and supportive, stopping by for visits and bringing us food, flowers and gifts.
I am reeling a bit from being a new parent and tying up loose ends from an unexpected early delivery so please forgive the lack of posts for the next week or so. I definitely will be posting maternity photos and Juliet's nursery sometime very soon.
In the meantime, I'll be snuggling with my lil' babe.
I would love to hear her birth story! After all she does fall under the category PRETTY (beautiful really). Congratulations to you both and I love the cake you made for Valentines Day. Hope you're feeling ok and can't wait (hope to) see more pics of Juliet.
