I am super excited about today's giveaway for three reasons. First, it is the highest value giveaway I've ever had on Eat Drink Pretty. And lastly, it is for drinkware, and if read my blog on a regular basis, you know I love to drink pretty cocktails out of pretty glasses.Today's giveaway is for four H2O Goblets from Clancy Designs in the colors raspberry, orange, lime, and turquoise (pictured above). I want everything from that website! My favorite, though, is the Superfruit Wine Glass. So fun! I would invite some friends over for a wine tasting just to get out these glasses.

ReplyDeleteSo much fun! Superfruit Pitcher is my pick - something really brilliant to serve my guests cocktails while entertaining on our brand new deck! I can just imagine myself wearing pearls, cute dress with a perfectly starched apron serving the cutest drinks. Ahh...summer!

I love the plaid tumblers. They have a vintage feel to them which I love! They also seem multi-purpose and could use them in Spring or Summer with some special drinks!

ReplyDeleteI own a good deal of Clancy Glassware and it is by far the most valued thing in my home! We use their wine glasses almost daily and have some tumblers for everyday use as well. GREAT PRODUCTS! The one thing that I have been eyeing for YEARS from them is the Superfruit Pitcher. Sangrias baby, that thing would always be full!

I love hand made glass in general, but these pieces are modern and I love the fun colors. I have fallen for the H2O Goblets. I have been looking for two unique pieces for my fiance and I's wedding in October for our toast. I love the funky and mod twist on the traditial champagne flutes, so i would love to own 2 of those in violet (our wedding color)! Thanks!

ReplyDeleteI've been staring at the rock tumblers and river pints, and can't even decide which I adore better. They are both beautiful and bright. Either one would be great to have so I could relax and have a nice drink (in beautiful glassware!!) after a long day of teaching art. I'm 22 years old and need some bright, bold cups to take my mind off of the crazy students. :)

We also have people over for wine tastings quite often. How great would it be to serve them in such a wonderful piece of glassware!

I am the proud owner of many of David and Jennifer Clancy's beautiful hand blown glass creations. I have seen glassware in Europe, and I have to say this is the best I have ever seen.
ReplyDeleteThey are presently creating a personal, one of a kind piece for me, and although it takes weeks to complete, I am looking forward to receiving it. I will now order some of the drinkable glasses, for a gift. I just hope the recipient doesn't break them.

It's worth holding a party just to see everyone using the fun drinking glasses. I love the new plaid tumblers too! Have to make room in my house for those!
ReplyDeleteI would love love love to have a set of the plaid tumblers simply because the are the cutest things that have ever set foot on the earth. They just seem like the perfect thing to hold in your hand at anything from a black and white party on a croquet field by a river to something that any child (responsible child or child-at-heart adult would love to just sit in bed reading the latest bon appetite and dunking oreo's into a nice glass of milk). They may just be the absolutely most perfect cups created to make life that much more beautiful. Although it should be said that the addition of any of their pieces would be considered an incredible boost in beautifying any and all aspects of ones life.

I would pour a delectable dram of Melnais Balsams* in the Superfruit Dot Shot Top ---my fetching shot top, fitting neatly in my hand, poised for a satisfying snort... Ah~!
Short and to the point, my dot shot, with its panoply of colors and bulls-eye's, would entice and invite a reflective after-gaze, as I ponder the rich array of sylvan flavors and spicy accents dancing o're my palate.
Knock it back... with dots!
Then... I would follow that shot with a dot shot of sparkling water, poured lavishly from the ample, full-bodied Spirits bottle --- ker-splash ker-splash!
As my friend Mary would say....
"Those dots turn a jug of water in to a Barnum and Bailey Circus!
The dots ? The greatest show on earth!
