Weekend edition: perfect spiced blueberry muffins
I spent the morning baking blueberry muffins, hanging out with my sweet kitty and drinking coffee. It was the quintessential perfect morning. I've made these muffins before so I knew they wouldn't dissapoint. Click here for the recipe (from Cooking Light).

These pictures look great. What kind of camera do you use? Are there any special techniques you use when taking your pictures?

ReplyDeleteCourtney - I just bought a Canon Rebel XSI. I really don't know what I'm doing with the exception that I shoot with natural light and it's usually best late morning. So far I haven't figured out how to use any of the settings, aperature, fstop, etc. I am actually taking a photography workshop soon so I hope to improve and know how to better use my camera.
ReplyDeleteI also try to pay attention to "background noise" in the photos and do some food styling to make sure I capture the food looking it's best. That usually means taking a lot of photos in order to get one good shot.
Michelle - I am using the kit lens that came with my camera. I hope to upgrade but probably not for a while.
They were delic!!! It was a great way to start off my Saturday!!!
